With a short half hour approach, thi is an ideal route for getting to grips with alpine terrain without the usual time pressure. The climb follows a couloir for 200m, with one or two trickier steps leading to the summit, in order to get to grips with moving together on a vider variety of alpine terrain. Areas covered include moving together on mixed terrain and moving together on snow, short pitching, direct belaying and descending techniques.
